A.Z.Z Services is a growing electrical appliance repair and servicing company based in Petaling Jaya. We are an Authorized Service Center for leading international appliance brands, including Toshiba, Fujioh, and Electrolux.

Our team specializes in the repair, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of a wide range of home electrical and electronic appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, kitchen appliances, and other household electrical products.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and technically inclined Technician to join our team and grow together with the company.

As a Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out inspection, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and maintenance of electrical appliances.

• Diagnosing appliance faults and identifying the appropriate repair solutions.

• Handling repairs and servicing of refrigerators, washing machines, kitchen appliances, and other home electrical/electronic appliances.

• Performing on-site and/or workshop repair work when required.

• Ensuring all repair and servicing work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company procedures.

• Using tools and equipment properly and maintaining them in good working condition.

• Providing professional and courteous service to customers.

• Communicating clearly with customers regarding appliance problems, repair requirements, and service updates.

• Completing service reports and relevant documentation accurately.

• Working independently as well as supporting team members when required.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

• Performing other technical duties or responsibilities assigned by the management.

• Being willing to work overtime when required.

• Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking.

• Willing to learn and develop technical skills.

• Basic electrical or technical knowledge is an advantage.

• Previous experience in electrical appliance repair or servicing will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Able to travel to customer locations when required.
