• Customer Consultation: Conduct vehicle service walk-arounds directly with the customer.
• Issue Recording: Document customer comments, vehicle symptoms, and specific requests.
• Order Creation: Draft detailed job orders containing vehicle specs, diagnostics, labor hours, estimated completion dates, and cost estimates.
• Invoice Verification: Review and approve final billing to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
• Data Management: Update and maintain accurate vehicle and customer records.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
