Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support user account management, system access, and IT documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support data collection, reporting, and basic analysis activities.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support activities.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and security requirements.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Able to commit to the internship period required by the university.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
