• Willing to travel for customer visits and site work when required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the VP/Manager in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop new customer accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the O&G industry.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable chemical treatment, fuel additive, and water treatment solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, presentations, and site assessments when required.
• Prepare and respond to pre-screening exercises, ITBs, RFQs, quotations, tenders, and technical enquiries within the required timeline.
• Follow up on quotations and opportunities and support the sales process through to order/contract award.
• Work with principals, suppliers, and internal teams to provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Assist the VP/Manager in developing sales and marketing strategies.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Maintain updated customer, quotation, tender, and sales pipeline records.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and sales forecasts.
• Provide technical and after-sales support to customers.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the position as assigned by the VP/Manager or Management.
