Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Write clear social captions, short articles and media pitches that match brand voice and campaign goals.
• Create and edit short-form video and image assets using basic tools like Canva or entry-level editors.
• Draft copy variants and test messaging performance using simple A/B approaches.

Media Relations & Research

• Monitor news and social trends to suggest timely angles and story opportunities.
• Compile media lists and assist with outreach, follow-ups and interview coordination.
• Track press mentions and summarize coverage for weekly reports.

Operations & Learning

• Support campaign calendars, upload content to schedulers and check links and assets for quality.
• Use basic analytics to pull simple performance metrics and highlight what to repeat or change.
• Participate in team reviews and take on feedback to improve drafts and delivery.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Media, Journalism or related field.
• 0 years of professional experience is expected; internships or campus projects are fine.
• Available for a part-time or full internship period as agreed with the team.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong written English with the ability to draft concise social and PR copy.
• Familiarity with social platforms, basic analytics and simple scheduling tools.
• Comfortable using AI writing assistants and basic design or video editing tools for rapid content drafts.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new media tools quickly.
