Requirements

• Undergraduate students from reputable universities in relevant field of study
• Preferably 4 months and above internship period
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Learn and practice HR daily function in a shared services environment
• To maintain and organize file records for HR and the assigned unit
• Assist in planning and preparing employee engagement activities.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects.
• Discover within own team and/or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Perform other relevant support activities as and when required
