Candidates should hold an associate or bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Science, Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field. Proficiency in English is required, including the ability to independently prepare lessons, teach in English, and communicate student progress to parents.
Candidates must understand core primary science concepts and translate complex information into content children can easily understand.
Preference will be given to those with teaching experience in primary science, tutoring centers, international schools, or educational institutions, as well as those familiar with Cambridge Primary Science, IPC, IB PYP, or other international curricula.
Applicants should be patient, responsible, skilled at interacting with children aged 6–12, and possess strong classroom management abilities.
Availability to work weekday afternoons, weekends, and during school holidays is required. Candidates must be Malaysian citizens or hold valid work authorization.

岗位职责

Teach primary science to students aged 6–12, tailoring content to their age, grade level, and English proficiency.
Deliver curricula such as Cambridge Primary Science or other international primary science programs. Design interactive lessons that facilitate the understanding of scientific concepts through experiments, observations, discussions, and inquiry-based activities.
Independently prepare lesson plans, exercises, experimental materials, and periodic assessments.
Track student progress and provide clear, professional feedback to parents. Conduct science trial classes, student assessments, and follow-up course recommendations.
Maintain classroom order and ensure safety during experiments; properly manage teaching aids and laboratory materials.
