Key Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new dealers, retailers, and specialty stores.

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve sales targets.

• Conduct outlet visits, provide customer support, and maintain strong dealer relationships.

• Ensure product visibility, stock availability, and merchandising compliance at retail outlets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide sales reports and feedback.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, merchandising, retail operations, or account management.

• Experience in bookstores, baby shops, FMCG, or consumer goods is an added advantage.

• Own transport and willingness to travel.

• Positive attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills.
