The Role

The Customer Operations Executive supports the day to day management of client accounts. Responsibilities include the maintenance of client records and documentation, preparation and processing of routine operational work, and direct correspondence with clients. The scope varies according to client requirements and the successful candidate should be comfortable working across a range of tasks.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in administration, accounts, operations, or customer service
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, comfortable with numbers
• Clear written and verbal communication in English
• Proficiency with common office software, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Suited to a small team environment

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
