Job Summary:
Responsible for operating and monitoring industrial bag manufacturing and packaging machinery to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. The operator performs machine setup, routine adjustments, quality inspections, material handling, and basic troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate bag-making and printing machinery.
• Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications.
• Load raw materials such as plastic film, paper roll or other packaging materials.
• Monitor machine operation and production output.
• Inspect finished bags for size, width, valve, printing, and other quality requirements.
• Identify and report defective products or production issues.
• Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor machine problems and escalate major issues to maintenance personnel.
• Record production quantities, downtime, material usage, and quality information.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and manufacturing standards.
• Assist with packing, stacking, labeling, and moving finished products when required.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or machine-operator experience preferred.
• Ability to operate industrial machinery safely.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a production team.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends when required.
