1. Receiving & Storage

• Receive incoming materials, raw materials, and finished goods from suppliers or production.
• Check quantity and condition of items against delivery documents.
• Properly label, store, and arrange items in designated warehouse locations.

2. Inventory Control

• Update inventory records accurately in the system or manual logs.
• Assist in regular stock counts, cycle counts, and stock audits.
• Report any discrepancies, shortages, or damages to the supervisor.

3. Picking, Packing & Dispatch

• Pick and pack materials or products according to delivery orders or production requests.
• Prepare and verify delivery documents for outgoing goods.
• Ensure all items are properly packed and ready for shipment.

4. Loading & Unloading

• Assist in loading and unloading goods from trucks or containers.
• Handle materials safely to prevent damage or loss.
• Coordinate with logistics and production teams for smooth operations.

5. Warehouse Safety & Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse area.
• Follow company safety procedures, SOPs, and EHS requirements.
• Ensure proper storage to avoid accidents and material damage.

6. Equipment Handling

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Ensure equipment is used safely and report any malfunction.

7. Ad-Hoc Duties

• Perform other warehouse or operational tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
