We are a startup company that is currently in the middle of developing an AI application for managing & closing sales leads. We are looking for a Senior Application Developer who has experience completing a full application and to provide guidance to a small team of junior developers. The ideal candidate should be business minded and must be willing to become a shareholder in the company.

Job scope:

1. Provide technical leadership and direction to the development team.

2. Guide & mentor a small team of junior developers.

3. Refine the product roadmap.

4. Act as the Lead Developer.

5. Keep up to date with latest IT trends & development in the market.

6. Explore new IT & AI tools.

7. Handle new projects after the existing project has been completed.

Requirements:

1. Education: Degree in an IT related field.

2. Experience: at least 2 years of software development experience and must have completed at least 1 full project cycle and the app developed must be currently live.

3. Have experience deploying apps on Android, iOS and also web based apps.

4. Familiar with using AI tools like Claude, Gemini, Deepseek, etc for development.

5. Some experience working with WhatsApp API, Openrouter, AWS and integrating calendar tools into applications.

6. Familiar with using design tools like Figma.

7. Able & willing to lead a small team.

8. Has good communication skills in English.

9. Willing to accept a package which consist of salary & shares or profit sharing in the company.

10. Willing to work in a startup company and is resourceful.

11. Willing to work in Subang Jaya.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
