Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Subang Jaya and surrounding areas for client meetings and networking activities.
• Must possess own transport.

Job Descriptions:

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients by targeting potential businesses for the company’s services.
• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and newly acquired clients through regular engagement and consultative selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to effectively present the company’s capabilities and service offerings.
• Attend networking events, industry functions, and business meetings to expand market presence and generate new business leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
