Job Description:

• Assist with daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangements and related documentation.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation.
• Support employee training and development activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and records.
• Assist with employee filing and maintenance of personnel files (P-Files).
• Assist in monitoring and checking employee attendance and overtime records.
• Support HR reporting and other administrative tasks as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
