-ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AND EXECUTE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN QUICKLY

-Able to HANDLE STRESS

-PROACTIVE & INDEPENDANT

-Able to LEARN AND GRASP QUICKLY

-Able to TYPE AND WRITE

-Able to handle PAYMENT, INVOICES,BILLING ,PANEL

-Able to ORGANIZE OFFICE PAPERWORK

- RESPONSIBLE, PUNCTUAL & ORGANIZED on daily tasks

- Able to pay attention to details

-Able to check in and check out clients

-Able to learn softwares (training will be given)

-Able to handle /organize dental appointment scheduling (appointment calendar)

-Able to register & check out patient

-Able to master answering phone communication with clients (call, whatsapp, videocall, spcial media)

-Able to bring in new clients and close sales from new incoming enquirie

-Able to handle marketing campaign

-Able to make follow up calls to check on clients

-Able to maintain daily operations and systems

-Able to organize and handle staff training

Candidate to have own transport to travel to Klinik Pergigian DC Dental Care, kota Damansara

Basic Working hours :

Monday - Saturday : 9am -6 pm (8am starting for preparation)

Sunday : CLOSED

Working is 6 days per week . 1 day off (Offday has to be Weekday if work on Sunday)

Salary : 1800- 3500 (based on experience)

Probation for 6-12 months

Overtime after 7 pm is Rm 7 /hour
