  • Malaysian Only
  • Mandatory 2-3 years of experience in event management and marketing.
  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office tools. Ability to use Adobe creative tools will be an added advantage.
  • Written proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and analytics
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu etc.
  • Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges. Self-motivation and attention to detail. Timeline management and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative with internal dept/team player with a passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to the company's growth

岗位职责

  •  Campaign & Social Media Management: Support end-to-end planning of marketing campaigns and take charge of our social media presence. You'll create engaging content and ensure our brand stays relevant by leveraging current trends.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor sales performance, campaign impact, and budget spend to ensure we are maximizing every Ringgit for the highest ROI.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Conduct post-campaign reporting and analysis, utilizing a "test and learn" approach to continuously optimize our future strategies.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies for media buying and high-energy on-ground activations.
  • Partnership Management: Act as a key liaison for external partners, including mall management, wholesale buyers, other brands, and diverse sales platforms.
  • Product Rollouts: Lead the marketing execution for new product launches, ensuring every store in our network is ready to wow our customers.
