Role Description The Site Technician (Construction & Maintenance) is a full-time, on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day site operations, including assisting with construction activities, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring work complies with safety and quality standards. The Site Technician will inspect and monitor equipment and structures, identify issues, and carry out basic repairs or coordinate with technical specialists when needed. The role also involves documenting site work, reporting progress to supervisors, and interacting with clients or contractors to address on-site concerns. The technician will collaborate with the site team to keep projects on schedule and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with supervisors, clients, and site teams.
• Proficient Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities to identify and resolve construction and maintenance issues on-site.
• Solid Analytical Skills to assess site conditions, interpret technical information, and support informed decision-making.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices; ability to follow technical drawings and instructions.
• Ability to work on-site in varying weather conditions, including manual handling and use of standard construction equipment.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
• Prior experience in construction, facilities maintenance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Relevant vocational training or certification in construction, maintenance, or engineering is beneficial.
