About the role

This role involves designing and implementing overall recruitment strategies to support business growth across Malaysia, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

Recruitment:

• Design and implement overall recruitment strategies to support business growth across Malaysia

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

• Conduct interviews and shortlist suitable candidates for open positions nationwide

• Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements on social media platforms and job portals

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations

• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency

• Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new hires

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in any field

• Fluent in Mandarin as the role require to liaise with HQ China.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Extremely strong resistance to pressure

• Diligent, dedicated, and strong team spirit

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
