LEASING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

·         Identify potential clients and negotiate lease agreements to achieve occupancy targets.

·         Conduct property tours, providing detailed information on available spaces and amenities.

·         Evaluate lease applications, ensuring compliance with leasing policies and conducting credit checks when necessary.

·         Prepare and execute leasing documents, including lease agreements, addendums, and related paperwork.

·         Maintain accurate records of lease transactions, tenant details, and other relevant information.

·         Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

·         Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor activities.

·         Monitor and enforce lease terms, including rent collection and lease renewals.

Requirement

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

·        Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

·         Excellent communication and organization abilities.

·         Proficiency in relevant software applications for lease management.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

·         Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in lease documentation.
