RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, resignation, and employee records.
- Handle payroll preparations (Retails&Departmental), overtime, commissions, staff claims.
- Ensure employee data and HR documentation are properly maintained and updated.
- Administer company policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports including manpower reports, commission reports when required.
- Prepared Journal Voucher when required from Account Department.
- Manage staff disciplinary matters, counseling sessions, and employee relations issues.
- Monitor and maintain biometric/fingerprint attendance systems and staff movement records.
- Handle staff benefits,medical claims, and related HR matters.
- Maintain Record for vehicle company.
- Organize staff activities, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain records of company assets, uniforms, fuel card, and tools issued to employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
- SPM/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or a related role preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR administration and employment practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
