Service Crew

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they arrive and showing them to their table;
• Providing menus and taking orders for food and beverages;
• Introducing guests to our brand and menu, including recommending popular items;
• Delivering excellent guest experiences throughout their visit;
• Handling food and drinks properly and hygienically to avoid the risk of contamination;
• Serving food and beverages promptly;
• Safely and properly clearing dirty dishes and glassware to the kitchen or bar, while avoiding breakages;
• Receiving, ensuring all Halal ingredients only in kitchen;
• Check for Non-Halal Items or Potential Doubtful Ingredients;
• Observe personal hygiene at all times.

Kitchen Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing food and beverages in accordance with defined standards and recipes;
• Cleaning and preparing all basic food items, including portioning, battering, breading, seasoning, and marinating;
• Handling, storing, labeling, and rotating all products properly, in line with instructions and food safety regulations;
• Keeping your workstation clean and tidy at all times;
• Assisting in properly closing the kitchen by following the kitchen station closing checklist;
• Receiving, ensuring all Halal ingredients only in kitchen;
• Check for Non-Halal Items or Potential Doubtful Ingredients;
• Observe personal hygiene at all times.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen
• Aged 18 years and above
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented
• Willing to learn and follow company standards
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness
• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Typhoid injection is mandatory (proof of vaccination required before starting work)

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance, Student job

Base Pay: RM10.00 per hour
