GUAVA International is looking for a proactive Operations Executive to support our operations. Whether you have experience in regional operations or are looking to build your career in this field, we’d love to hear from you.

You will work closely with customers, demand planning, regional teams and internal functions to anticipate requirements, coordinate orders, manage inventory, resolve issues and ensure timely execution across markets.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively manage customer requirements and orders
• Anticipate customer needs and plan ahead
• Assess the operational impact of customer requirements and coordinate with the right teams
• Work with Demand Planning to support demand and operational planning
• Use ERP data to support planning and operational decisions
• Coordinate with regional and internal teams to keep requirements on track
• Prioritise, follow up and make sure things get done
• Identify issues early and take action to resolve them
• Support new product launches, projects and process improvements

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in operations, customer service, supply chain, order management or a related role (including past internships or students projects)
• Diploma or degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field
• Experience with ERP systems, AI and Excel is an advantage
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
