Senior/Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Al Kauthar Equdis Cetak, Seksyen 11, Shah Alam

Are you a creative thinker with an eye for design and a passion for turning ideas into compelling visual content?

Al Kauthar Equdis HQ is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and support our growing property development, construction, marketing, and corporate activities.

If you’re a fresh graduate or an aspiring designer looking for an opportunity to build your portfolio, sharpen your creative skills, and work on real-world projects, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role:

1) Assist in creating creative materials for property development and construction projects.

2) Design marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, bunting, banners, signage, project presentations, advertisements, and sales materials.

3) Develop engaging visual content for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, and other online platforms.

4) Support creative requirements for property launches, events, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate activities.

5) Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards across marketing and corporate materials.

6) Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Project, and other internal teams to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.

7) Assist with photo editing, video editing, basic motion graphics, and multimedia content creation when required.

8) Prepare final artwork for printing and ensure all materials meet the required technical specifications and quality standards.

9) Stay updated with design trends, property market trends, creative technologies, and emerging visual styles.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design software.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other digital design platforms is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar tools is an added advantage.
• Interest or knowledge in Property Development, Construction, Architecture, or Real Estate is preferred.
• Basic skills in photography, videography, video editing, or motion graphics are an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into strong and visually appealing designs.
• Good understanding of branding, layout, typography, colour theory, and visual communication.
• A strong portfolio is required.

What We Offer:

Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,500 per month
