WE ARE HIRING – PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Position: Property Development Manager
Location: Ipoh, Perak
Salary: RM8,000 – RM10,000/month
Employment Type: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage property development projects from planning through to completion
• Lead project planning, feasibility studies, budgeting, and development strategies
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and overall development progress
• Identify new property development opportunities and assess market potential
• Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and requirements
• Prepare project reports and presentations for management
• Lead and manage the property development team

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in property development / real estate / project management
• Strong knowledge of property development processes and project coordination
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mandarin or Cantonese speaking candidates are preferred
• Willing to be based in Ipoh, Perak
