Hitcheed Group is looking to hire Creative Content Intern to join their young and dynamic team. In this opportunity, you’ll work closely with the team in crafting creative, engaging social media content and leading the different social media channels and to promote our consumers events/platform business.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop the latest trending ideas, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team.
• Lead and strategise, planning and creating social content for all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Youtube)
• Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement across platforms. (Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Youtube)
• Set specific, measurable goals for each platform and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and insights.
• Own the end-to-end content creation process: storyboarding, shooting/producing, editing, posting, and monitoring performance.
• Source, brief, curate, and approve content with social media agencies and influencers.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns including building campaigns from scratch, optimizing and making daily adjustments as necessary

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong independent worker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Trend-savvy with a deep understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
• Proficient in CapCut for video editing, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus.

Requirements:

• Portfolios (applicants with no portfolio, an assessment may be required for evaluation)

Having an interest in Weddings, Interior Design, Pets, Korean Wave, Travel, Kids and Fitness events is a plus point.
