Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a passion for hospitality, and the drive to exceed sales targets. You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client partnerships, and boosting hotel revenue across multiple market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Motivate – Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high performance.
• Business Development – Identify and convert new opportunities (corporate, government, B.E.O, groups) into revenue.
• Event Sales Management – Oversee the full sales cycle for banquets and corporate events, from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Market & Data Analysis – Monitor trends, analyze sales data, and recommend effective strategies for growth.
• Client Relationship & Promotion – Build strong client relationships and support sales promotions, blitzes, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management / Marketing or equivalent.
• Min 5 years working experience and well knowledge in Sales & Marketing Division preferably in the Hotel Industry. Candidate with an existing corporate client database would be an added advantage.
• Experienced in closing sales above RM 400,000.00.
• Computer literate and possess good communication and written skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good in personality and appearance, organizational, independent, detail-oriented & high level of integrity.
• Convenient to travel as well as work in outdoor setting and able to attend during event & long hours when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
