Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Solutions Developer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven application solutions that are aligned with our business objectives throughout the region. You will serve as the essential bridge between technology standards and business needs, ensuring that our solutions are not only scalable but also relevant and effective for our operations.

1. Develop solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to ensure scalability and reliability across multiple regions
2. Design, code, test, and deploy robust applications and ETL processes that are data-intensive, ensuring the solutions meet business requirements and are of hight quality
3. Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications
4. Adapt and tailor technology solutions to ensure compliance with regional requirements, including security practices, data regulations and other local needs
5. Provide ongoing technical support and expertise to regional users, ensuring high system performance and minimizing operational disruptions
6. Contribute to the full application lifecycle, from initial concept and development through to deployment and ongoing maintenance and support

1. Possessed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in application development is required, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions

1. Advanced proficiency in programming languages including .Net/C#, JavaScript, SQL, Python and Java
2. Expertise with Microsoft development platforms such as Azure, Power Platform, and Visual Studio
3. Substantial experience in developing solutions and managing databases on cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
4. Demonstrated ability to understand complex business requirements and design effective technical solutions that address those needs
5. Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with user stakeholders across various regional locations
6. Familiarity with data security principles is highly desirable
7. Working on public holidays is required to support other APAC locations, with compensation provided
8. Fluent in written and spoken English is must, and Cantonese or Mandarin verbal skills will be an advantage due to need to deal with the APAC Country include Hong Kong.
