Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver professional and consistent service to customers while supporting the resolution of local country inquiries related to the Data Management Team function.
- Perform master data processing activities in accordance with established guidelines, including handling basic queries and conducting timely investigations.
- Process all master data requests accurately and within the required timelines. Analyze work items, identify issues, and resolve them with appropriate supervision when required.
- Support system, transaction, and process enhancements, including the preparation, maintenance, and updating of process documentation.
- Work collaboratively with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and issue resolution.
- Support the Team Lead and team members in initiatives aimed at improving team efficiency and effectiveness, including assisting new joiners with their onboarding and transition into their roles.
- Ensure compliance with key internal controls.
- Prepare and compile KPI metrics and reports for the data management team function at month-end and on an ad hoc basis when required.
- Support the Team Lead with ad hoc activities, process improvements, and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting work experience.
- Fresh graduates and candidates currently pursuing a part-time professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or other relevant certifications are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in a Shared Services Centre (SSC) within a multinational or large organization will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English,both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in a relevant foreign language may be required, depending on business or market needs.
