Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Advertising, Multimedia Design, UI/UX, Graphic Design, or related field
• Required skills:
• Figma (UI/UX design & prototyping)
• Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (graphic design)
• Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (user flow, wireframing, mobile-first design)
• Ability to balance both creative design (visual) and functional design (UX thinking)
• Self-motivated, practical, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with a good sense of layout, typography, and aesthetics
• Passion for creativity, design innovation, and staying updated with industry trends
• Portfolio required (must showcase both graphic + UI work)

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills):

• Experience in campaign/martech projects (microsite, loyalty, gamification)
• Understanding of responsive design and developer handoff
• Familiarity with tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or basic HTML/CSS

We are looking for a Junior Designer (Graphic & UIUX) to join our creative team! This role is ideal for individuals passionate about designing user-friendly interfaces and creating visually appealing digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative visuals for both digital and print, including campaign key visuals, social media assets, and point-of-sale materials (e.g. wobblers, standees, countertop displays)
• Design user interfaces and prototypes for websites, microsites, and mobile-first experiences (e.g. WhatsApp journeys, campaign landing pages)
• Create high-quality, professional designs that meet client expectations and global industry standards
• Translate client briefs, marketing strategies, and user journeys into visually engaging and functional designs
• Work closely with internal teams (Project, Tech, Strategy) to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms
• Ensure brand consistency, typography, layout, and UI standards across all deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Present design concepts, mockups, and final outputs to supervisor/account managers
• Think creatively to develop new ideas, campaign concepts, and user experiences
• Support motion graphics or simple animations for digital content when required
• Adhere to process flow compliance standards within design and development phases
• Maintain awareness of Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and guidelines during design process
• Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by manager from time to time
