**Job Summary**

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our food and beverage team as Part-Time or Full-Time  Service Crew members. This role offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for students, individuals seeking supplementary income, or those preferring part-time arrangements. **Job Description**

• Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, service stations, and food preparation zones in compliance with NEA regulations

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and requests professionally, ensuring positive customer experiences

• Support daily operations including cash handling, stock replenishment, and opening/closing procedures as assigned



**Job Requirements**

• Previous F&B experience is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural teams

• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays

• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring moderate physical effort
