Role Description This full-time Network Administrator role is based in Iskandar Puteri and operates in a hybrid arrangement, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The Network Administrator will manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related systems to ensure stable and secure connectivity. Daily responsibilities include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving network issues, applying security best practices, and supporting system administration tasks such as user account management and updates. The role also involves providing technical support to internal teams, documenting configurations and procedures, and assisting in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and improvements in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Network Security to configure, secure, and maintain enterprise network environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose issues, resolve incidents, and assist users efficiently.
• Candidates should possess skills in System Administration to manage servers, user accounts, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Relevant experience with TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and routing/switching technologies is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting are important.
• A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and professional certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are advantageous.
