Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Welcome guests warmly, confirm orders with attention to detail, and guide basic menu choices to keep queues moving.
• Take and process payments accurately on the point-of-sale system, handle cash and digital transactions, and issue correct receipts.
• Respond to guest feedback professionally and escalate service or product issues to the shift lead for quick resolution.

Outlet Operations

• Restock displays, refill service stations and prepare simple items so the outlet stays ready during steady and peak periods.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff and shift leads to prioritise orders and maintain steady flow when service is busiest.
• Follow SOPs and hygiene standards for food handling, storage and waste management to meet safety expectations.

Cleanliness & Teamwork

• Keep dining and service areas clean, clear tables promptly and maintain presentation standards for a welcoming outlet.
• Attend team briefings, accept coaching from managers and use feedback to improve speed and accuracy.
• Be punctual and flexible with shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support the roster and teammates.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 18 years old and below 40 years old.
• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates and school leavers are welcome to apply.
• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an added advantage.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale operation, or willingness to learn on the job.
• Knowledge of basic food handling and hygiene practices, with training provided where needed.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays reliably.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced retail or F&B environment and adapting to changing demands.
