Finance Executive | 12-Month Contract | Petaling Jaya

The Role

• Maintaining accurate, accessible process documentation in a standardised format
• Ensuring consistency between management results and the general ledger
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships between Finance and Business Unit Finance teams
• Producing a suite of management reports that enable stakeholders to monitor business profitability
• Supporting the preparation of financial forecasts
• Contributing to ad hoc investigations and commercial accounting projects as required
• Keeping knowledge current across mainframe applications and general insurance accounting practices

What We're Looking For

Here's the profile we have in mind:

• 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis, and reconciliation
• Sharp problem-solving skills with clear, effective communication
• Experience in the general insurance or financial services sector is advantageous
