岗位职责
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare appointment letters, employment contracts, employee P-Files, and other onboarding documents.
Conduct orientation sessions for new non-executive employees.
Coordinate training administration, including course registrations, employee notifications, training documentation, and training record maintenance.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including Overtime (OT), Manhour Exposure, and HR Metrics reports.
Support the planning and execution of employee wellness and engagement activities, including vendor sourcing, event coordination, and logistics arrangements.
Complete government surveys and submissions, including MOM Labour Market and Occupational Dataset surveys.
Administer employee recognition programmes, including Spot Awards and Service Recognition Awards.
Arrange medical check-ups for new hires and existing employees.
Coordinate monthly fruit deliveries to designated operating companies.
Process invoices and liaise with the Accounts Payable team for payment.
Prepare articles and write-ups for company activities and events.
Provide general administrative support and perform any other duties assigned by the Company Supervisor and Mentor.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource management related fields
Minimum 3 months internship is preferred
Experience with Power BI or any other HR analytics skill will be an added advantage.
Preferably proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
