Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving the sale target and increasing the sales and accounts for the designated territory. With a strong product knowledge, the candidate is expected to connect with consumers and generate sales.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for key account management, growing existing business and provide strong after sales support to customers.
• Engage in sales activities by exploring new markets, identifying and develop new accounts.
• Responsible for promoting and managing range of products to the designated territories.
• Drive sales activities of laboratory molecular biology reagents, instruments & consumables.
• Meeting sales forecast and budget.
• Handle enquiry, conduct field visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
• Systematic market mapping and market intelligence gathering & dissemination.
• Submit regular reports covering sales activities, sales strategies, performance, and planning to reach nominated targets.
• Able to organize workshops and present for seminars or any marketing activities in customer sites.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor or Master Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Biochemistry, Medical Science or related studies with minimum CGPA of 3.00.
• Knowledge in the field of molecular biology or equivalent research or industrial experience.
• Experience in Next Generation Sequencing and/or Microarray technologies is a plus.
• Laboratory experience in tissue culture, qPCR, PCR, NGS sequencing, or related techniques will have an added advantage.
• A positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have own transport and willing to travel extensively within Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
