The Research and Development Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore that offers a truly rare opportunity for aspiring engineers. Our company is in the critical stages of developing a novel product that currently does not exist in the market. By joining us now, you will experience the complete lifecycle of product development—witnessing first-hand how concepts and ideas are physically manufactured into a finished product.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D) and general Research skills, with an interest in product and process innovation.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based conclusions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should ideally be pursuing or have completed a diploma or degree in electronic/materials engineering , or a related technical field.
• Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic data analysis.
• Candidates with prior internship or project experience in manufacturing, materials science, electronic engineering or product development will be viewed favorably.
• Leverage AI tools and simulation software to refine product designs and troubleshoot engineering challenges.
• Intellectual Property & Patents: Help safeguard our technology by conducting prior art research, documenting novel technical mechanisms, and preparing key technical figures and specifications for patent filings.
