全职 Account Executive Assistant Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,800 in JW Subang Jaya - Ricebowl

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks using UBS Accounting Software, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Input and maintain accurate accounting records using UBS Accounting Software.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
• Assist with e-invoice submission and liaise with tax agents, auditors, and company secretary.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards in Malaysia.
• Support audit preparation and other ad-hoc finance or administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Working experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software.
• Knowledge of e-invoice and basic Malaysian tax regulations.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
