We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator / Admin Intern to support our daily operations. The intern will gain hands-on exposure across Customer Service (CS), Logistics, Order Entry Support (OES), and general administration, while working closely with the Operations Manager.



This role is suitable for someone who is system-savvy, organised, willing to learn, and able to pick up new processes quickly.



Key Responsibilities



Support daily operations and administrative activities.
Assist the Customer Service (CS) team with customer enquiries, documentation, and coordination.
Support Logistics in order processing, delivery coordination, stock and shipment documentation.
Assist Order Entry Support (OES) with order entry, system updates, and sales order processing.
Maintain accurate records and update information in relevant systems.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, documents, and other operational records.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties when required.
Assist with data entry, filing, and general office administration.
Support the Operations Manager on process improvement and operational projects.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.



Requirements



Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
Comfortable working with different systems and software.
Fast learner with the ability to understand and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
