任职资格
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Experience in air freight sales or a similar sales role within the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of air freight logistics, including: (Pricing, Regulations, Market dynamics)
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to analyse data, generate insights and make informed decisions.
岗位职责
- Oversee and coordinate all air cargo operations.
- Manage shipments and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Negotiate with carriers and optimise operational costs.
- Maintain service levels across air freight operations.
- Lead and mentor the air freight team.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Work with airlines, ground handling agents and other service providers to negotiate contracts, rates and service levels.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain reliable partnerships.
- Analyse market trends, competitors and customer needs.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics.
- Develop air freight sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through closing.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and other departments.
