Internship – Business Admin

AST Apparel is looking for a motivated and responsible Business Administration Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in daily business operations, administration, customer management and basic business coordination.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative and office tasks.
• Manage and organize company documents, records and data.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, order records and other business documents.
• Update customer and order information in company systems.
• Assist with customer communication through WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Coordinate customer orders with the sales and production teams.
• Assist in monitoring order status, payments and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare simple reports and data summaries when required.
• Support the management team with day-to-day business operations.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Management or a related field.
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Organized, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Internship placement for September 2026 intake is preferred.
