Job Title: Account Executive – Construction & Infrastructure

Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Senior Account Executive / Account Manager
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in accounting or finance, preferably in construction or project-based environment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive to support the financial operations of construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining records, processing invoices, and supporting reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Assist in preparation of invoices, billing, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Reconcile project accounts and assist in monitoring project expenses.
• Support payroll processing and staff reimbursements.
• Provide support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Assist Senior Account Executive and Account Manager in audits, financial reviews, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in construction or project-based organizations.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
