Summary:-

We are looking for an organized and motivated HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be in charge of hiring new staff, managing visas for our expatriate employees, organizing training programs, and supporting the monthly payroll process.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage the whole hiring process. This includes writing job posts, finding candidates, doing interviews, and making job offers.
• Handle all visa needs for our expat staff. You will process new applications, renewals, and cancellations for Employment Passes (EP) and dependent passes.
• Be the main contact person working with the Immigration Department, MYXpats, and MIDA to get visas approved smoothly.
• Plan and arrange employee training sessions and induction training for new hires.
• Keep track of training records and apply for HRD Corp (HRDC) training grants and claims.
• Help both local and expat employees settle in smoothly when they join, and assist them when they leave the company.
• Support the monthly payroll process by checking daily employee attendance, calculating overtime (OT), verifying allowances, and preparing other necessary data for the payroll run.
• Keep all employee records, visa documents, and training paperwork highly organized, accurate, and safely stored.

Requirements & Qualifications:-

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, especially in hiring, handling expat visas, and organizing training.
• Experience using the ESD portal for visas, understanding HRD Corp claims, and being familiar with basic labour laws.
• Highly organized, good at handling multiple tasks, and communicating well with people from different backgrounds.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar field.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
