Role Description This full-time on-site Project Manager role is based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Project Manager oversees end-to-end project execution, including planning timelines, defining scope, coordinating resources, and managing budgets to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within cost. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with expeditors, suppliers, and logistics partners, and monitoring inspections and quality checks to meet project requirements and standards. The Project Manager tracks progress, mitigates risks, resolves issues, and prepares regular status reports for internal stakeholders and clients. Day-to-day activities include organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of technical or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in expediting and working as an expeditor, ensuring timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
• Knowledge of inspection processes, quality control procedures, and compliance with relevant standards or regulations.
• Strong logistics management skills, including coordination of deliveries, inventory, and transport scheduling.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work on-site in Selangor, Malaysia, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or related sectors is beneficial.
