We are a recruitment partner currently assisting our client in hiring a Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) based in Kota Damansara.

Our client is in the Corporate Awards & Brand Promotion industry, working with business owners, entrepreneurs and companies across various industries.

This is more than just a sales role.

You will have the opportunity to meet business owners and decision-makers, gain exposure to different industries, expand your professional network and create value for businesses through corporate recognition and brand promotion solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new B2B / corporate clients
• Approach and connect with business owners, CEOs, founders and key decision-makers
• Introduce and present corporate awards, recognition and brand promotion solutions
• Conduct cold calling, prospecting and new client acquisition
• Understand clients’ businesses and identify suitable opportunities
• Arrange appointments and conduct sales presentations
• Follow up with prospects and close sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Represent the company at relevant events, networking sessions and business activities

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of Sales / Business Development experience
• B2B / Corporate Sales experience is preferred
• Experience in new client acquisition, prospecting or cold calling
• Confident in communicating, presenting and closing sales
• Comfortable engaging with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Must be able to communicate in English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven
• Enjoy meeting new people and developing new business opportunities
• Curious and willing to learn about different industries
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Candidates with experience in Media, Advertising, Events, Sponsorship, Exhibition, Corporate Services, Corporate Training or Business Awards / Recognition are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
