• Overseeing the CKD packing process, ensuring proper sequencing and labeling of parts.
• Implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement technique to optimize efficiency.
• Ensuring on-time delivery of CKD kits to assembly plants.
• Managing inventory control and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely part availability.
• Optimizing warehouse layout and material flow for efficient packing and shipping & working closely with logistics providers to ensure smooth export/import processes.
• Ensuring CKD packing meets OEM standards and regulatory requirements and implementing quality control procedures to minimize packing errors and damages.
• Conducting audits and process improvements to enhance packing quality.
• Leading and training supervisors and workers in CKD packing operations.
• Cooperating with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth operations and communicating with global and regional teams for supply chain alignment.
• Managing operational budgets and ensuring cost-effective packing solutions.
• Tracking KPIs such as packing efficiency, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance and implementing automation and digital solutions to improve efficiency.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• Educational background: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Manufacturing or Warehousing Management, providing a strong foundation for the role.
• Relevant experience: At least 5 years of experience in warehouse/distribution operations, including management of a 3PL/4PL facility, to bring valuable insights to the position.
• Inventory management skills: Competence in inventory management to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Technical proficiency: Knowledge and hands-on experience with WMS and other MS software applications to effectively manage warehouse systems.
• Analytical abilities: Strong planning, inventory control, and data analytical skills to drive process improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
