As part of our commitment to promoting financial literacy, we produce fun and research driven content covering personal finance, investing, estate planning, wealth preservation, and economic developments. We are seeking suitable interns who enjoy research, critical thinking, and creating educational content that benefits the wider community.

Research & Analysis

Conduct research on a broad range of financial and estate planning topics such as

Personal Finance

• Credit cards and banking products
• Mortgages and home financing
• BTO affordability and housing costs
• Marriage and family financial planning
• Retirement adequacy
• Cost of living and budgeting
• Lifestyle finance and consumer spending
• Practical ways to reduce household expenses

Investment & Economic Research

• Global economic developments
• Federal Reserve and central bank interest rate decisions
• Inflation and monetary policy
• Financial markets and investment trends
• Geopolitical events and their impact on markets
• Institutional ("smart money") versus retail investor behaviour
• Equities, ETFs, REITs, bonds, and alternative investments

Estate Planning & Legacy Topics

• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)
• Advance Medical Directive (AMD)
• Probate and estate administration
• Wealth transfer across generations
• Succession planning
• Legacy planning concepts

Content Development

• Analyse research findings and translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and educational content.
• Produce articles, guides, explainers, and social media content across multiple digital platforms.
• Monitor current affairs and identify relevant topics for timely educational content.
• Verify facts using credible and authoritative sources.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, balanced, and reader-friendly.

Professional Exposure

Depending on project requirements and availability, interns may have opportunities to observe and learn from professionals including:

• Family and probate lawyers
• Investment analysts
• Chief Investment Office (CIO) professionals
• Trust companies

These learning opportunities provide invaluable experience and exposure to the candidates’ portfolio

Requirements:

• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written English with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Curious, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Passion for personal finance, investing, economics, estate planning, business, or public education.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with content management systems, Canva or social media platforms is an advantage but not required.

Candidate may also be tasked to interview or carry out podcasts with professionals including lawyers, wills drafters, investment analysts, fund managers
