• Pick and prepare goods according to Delivery Order, sales order, packing list or online order.
• Check product name, SKU, quantity, batch number and condition before packing.
• Perform sorting, packing, labelling and scanning of goods accurately.
• Ensure the correct Order ID, SKU and tracking number are matched before shipment.
• Assist in printing and attaching airway bills, labels and other shipping documents.
• Arrange completed orders according to courier, delivery route or collection schedule.
• Report any shortage, damaged item, incorrect item or packing discrepancy to the Supervisor/HOD immediately.
• Assist with stock counting and outbound stock verification when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper arrangement of the outbound and packing area.
• Follow all Company SOPs, packing procedures, scanning procedures, safety and hygiene requirements.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor, HOD or Management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
