Job Overview

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to manage both compliance and operational accounting functions. This role covers statutory reporting, audit/tax schedules, and daily accounting operations (AR/AP, invoicing, group reporting). The candidate ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax laws.

What you'll be doing

• Handle full set of accounts and prepare audit/tax schedules.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable functions.
• Ensure invoices and payment vouchers are processed accurately.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly group reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulators.
• Monitor accounting data and produce accurate financial reports.
• Improve systems and procedures, recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS, tax laws, and company policies.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in accounting/audit.
• With knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws.
• Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders and handle documentation.
