We are a growing Bumiputera SME in the food manufacturing industry looking for a hands-on Production & Operations Executive to oversee end-to-end production, raw material availability, warehouse operations, compliance, and order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage production plans based on sales demand and plant capacity
• Monitor daily activities, manpower, and output targets
• Resolve operational bottlenecks
• Monitor stock levels and plan orders to prevent material shortages and production downtime
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers
• Oversee raw material and finished goods inventory with the warehouse team
• Ensure customer orders are prepared and shipped on time
• Ensure operations comply with food manufacturing requirements (HALAL, GMP, HACCP) and company SOPs
• Maintain records for audits
• Lead, assign tasks, and monitor the performance of the production and warehouse teams

About you

• Diploma or Degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing
• Experience in raw material planning, inventory control, and food safety compliance documentation
• Strong leadership, hands-on floor management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Able to start immediately or on short notice is an advantage

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
