We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who’s friendly, confident, energetic, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. If you’re a people person who loves fashion, trends, customer service, social media, lifestyle, and creating great experiences, this could be your vibe.

You’ll be the face of the brand—helping customers discover products they love, creating a welcoming in-store experience, and turning everyday shopping into something memorable.

• Welcome customers with a positive, approachable attitude.

• Create a fun, inclusive, and personalized shopping experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend products based on their style, preferences, and budget.

• Stay up to date with fashion trends, viral products, social media trends, and Gen Z/Millennial culture.

• Build genuine customer relationships instead of simply making transactions.

• Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and store goals while keeping the customer experience first.

• Assist with upselling, cross-selling, promotions, product launches, and new arrivals.

• Keep the store looking aesthetic, organized, clean, and Instagram-ready.

• Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory checks, and cashier duties.

• Handle customer questions, feedback, exchanges, and concerns professionally.

• Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive work culture.

• Represent the brand authentically both in-store and through digital/social initiatives when required.

• A people person with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, confident, enthusiastic, and comfortable talking to different types of customers.

• Passionate about retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, technology, or consumer trends.

• Customer-first mindset with strong emotional intelligence (EQ).

• Sales-driven but never pushy—you know how to connect before you sell.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using POS systems, mobile apps, and digital tools.

• Active awareness of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media trends.

• Willing to learn, experiment, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas.

• Previous retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, or F&B experience is a plus, but attitude and potential matter too.
